Went there for Pirelli tires which are seemingly hard to find. They had a brand new one on hand correct size and all season. Installed quickly with no damage to the rim & paid less than pep boys or anywhere else. Good service, will be back if needed.

I came here twice for flat tire repairs and both times, they pressured me into buying new tires from them. They did get the job done which I appreciate and is also why I’m giving two instead of one stars but I did not appreciate the workers telling me “Don’t you see where the problem is? It can’t be fixed.” When I asked him where the problem was on the tire and requested that it just be patched up, he just repeated himself without explaining anything to me or respecting my request. Some of the workers really know how to verbally pressure you when they should have instead calmly explained/pointed to where the problem was on the tires. This happened to me both times and in retrospect it seems like their intention is to scam and money grab. I’m not saying this for certain but the attitude I got was unprofessional and it sure made it seem like they’re out to take advantage of people. I won’t be coming back unless they change their business practices.

I went to this tire shop because I had a worn-out front tires and needed a replacement. I also requested a wheel alignment at the same time. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Within just one month of the supposed wheel alignment, my car started to feel unstable and wiggly while driving. I took it to another shop to get it checked, and they informed me that either the alignment was never done or it was done improperly. On top of that, the “new” tire they installed wore out extremely quickly. The side of the tire started deteriorating, and even the patch began coming off. I ended up having to replace that tire again on one side, which should not happen so soon. I also had another concerning experience with them. I went in with a small nail in one of my rear tires. Within five minutes, they told me the tire was completely unusable and needed replacement. The nail was very small and didn’t appear to cause significant damage. When I questioned them and asked if it could still be used, they admitted it could run but claimed it wouldn’t last more than a week. Great experience with friendly staff here. I called in advance to see if they could patch my tire that was leaking air. Came in and job was done in less than 10 minutes. Price was exactly as informed during the call. All smooth sailing, and I will definitely come back in the future for more work on my car tires! Thank you!
